Hi fam! I had to do some quality control on our new ED merch. I wasn't disappointed, even though my expression may suggest that haha. The hoodie surprisingly arrived in my small village in Italy about a week after ordering. Thank You to our friend and capturer of many ED moments, CJ Lucero (@theopticalprime) for the shot on my visit to Wroclaw. It's not your eyes playing tricks but that's the effect on the print! This is Penny! She is a Babydoll sheep. The breed actually came from the Southdown sheep. People in England started breeding them down in size, and so Babydolls look like Southdowns, but they are about a third the size. She’s definitely the friendliest and brave sheep I’ve ever met. People lump sheep and goats together, but in my experience, goats are smarter and more outgoing than sheep. Penny seems to be the exception. All 5 of my farm animals consider themselves a herd together and are 100% PETS. Donkeys, goats and sheep are all herd animals and thus should NEVER be kept alone. Think how you’d feel to be in solitary confinement your whole life!

Stop, Drop & Swallow was the second song that Jane and I wrote before ED was even a thought. She was visiting from Hawaii in late 2016 and we spent a few hours together at the old loft in West Oakland and this is what came up. Excited about the new tune, I spent the following two days recording it incorporating some of the production ideas that we had talked about. Jane came up with the drum beat and everything else fell into place. Today I felt inspired to sing my own version of it despite the congestion.
